This simple dressing can be used over various salads, ie. Garden salad, Italian bresaola salad (air-dried cured beef), dressing for bbq meat, warm chicken salad etc

Ingredients
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Vino Cotto
2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary
1 tbsp honey
Salt and pepper, to taste
